Amathematicalmodelbaseduponacombinationoffundamentofspinningandcharacteristicofnano-compositeformationwasdevelopedforthesimulationofbothlow-andhigh-speedmeltspinning.Themodelpredictedtheeffectofthecontentofnano-particle,differentnano-systemandtake-upspeedonspinningparameters,aswellastherelatedvelocitygradient-,tensionforce-,apparentelongationalviscosity-andcrystallization-profiles.Calculationsforthesystemsstudyindicatedthattheadditionofnano-particlehasgreateffectonspinningparameterespeciallyforcrystallization,apparentelongationalviscosityandtensionforce.
