Water-bornepolyurethane(WPU)isanimportantclassofpolymermaterials,especiallyinthefieldofpaint,coatingandadhensive.However,duringthesynthesisofWPU,organicsolventsuchasacetoneisusuallyaddedtoreducetheviscosityofpre-polyurethaneandtheorganicsolventshouldbestilledandrecycledfinally,whichmakestheprocesscomplexandthehighcost[1].
