【简介】 The SNL/CA Biosystems Research Department was established in 1999 to perform biological research with national security and biotechnology applications. Currently, they have projects ongoing in the areas of materials design, protein structure/function determination, proteomics, computational chemistry, computational biology and microfluidics. It is their goal to develop a strong biological research capability in order to address problems with strong ties to national security, and to build collaborative relationships with industrial and academic partners. Their focus is summarized by our motto : to provide "Exceptional Service in the National Interest."
