【简介】 The FOM Institute for Atomic and Molecular Physics (AMOLF) is one of the five national research institutes of the Foundation for Fundamental Research on Matter (FOM). The research at AMOLF is focused on selected areas of atomic, molecular and optical physics (AMO), and condensed matter physics. AMOLF stimulates activities of biophysical interest.
AMOLF is an institute of approximately 100 scientists, 50 technical engineers and 25 supporting staff with an average age of 36 years. An important goal of the institute is the training of scientists and technical engineers for advanced research.
