内容简介:
【内容简介】 The Journal of Supramolecular Chemistry is aimed at producing in-depth coverage of all disciplines and sub-disciplines related to the dynamic and widely expanding field of supramolecular chemistry. These disciplines include the fields of analytical, inorganic, organic, physical and theoretical chemistry, as well as related sub-disciplines such as bioorganic and bioinorganic chemistry. Original, high quality manuscripts, which fit into the broad spectrum of research undertaken in the field of supramolecular chemistry are welcomed, including both communications and full papers, although communications are given higher priority in terms of review and production. Accounts and reviews are also published on an occasional basis. Typically, fields of interest include research on macrocycles such as crown ethers, cyclodextrins, cryptands and various molecular receptors such as DNA and other receptors. Studies of these compounds range from their synthesis, thermodynamic properties, reactivity and spectroscopic characterisation to their structure determination and refinement by single crystal X-ray diffraction.
Audience This journal covers a broad range of subjects related to the field of supramolecular chemistry, making it suitable for chemists of all levels both in academia and industry, although is most likely to appeal to academic scientists, particularly postgraduate students.
