【内容简介】 Supramolecular Chemistry includes the fields of analytical, inorganic, organic and physical chemistry as well as those sub-disciplines that might be called interdisciplinary, such as bioinorganic chemistry.
The most important principle of the journal is to publish papers of high quality in a timely fashion and these include both communications, which are given high priority in review and production, and full papers. Accounts or reviews are included on an occasional basis.
Papers that cross interdisciplinary lines are particularly encouraged. The two most important review criteria are that the paper presents high-quality work and that it fits generally into the broad spectrum of activities undertaken in the supramolecular chemistry field. Typically this includes calixarene chemistry, crown ethers, other macrocycles, cryptands, cyclodextrins, various molecular receptors, self-assembly, DNA receptor molecules and intercalation of small molecules into DNA receptors.
