Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance
【内容简介】
The journal for solving day-to-day engineering challenges— especially those involving components for larger systems.
Covers all aspects of materials selection, design, processing, characterization and evaluation, including:
How to improve materials properties through processes and process control of casting, forming, heat treating, surface modification and coating, and fabrication
Testing and characterization (including mechanical and physical tests, NDE, metallography, failure analysis, corrosion resistance, chemical analysis, surface characterization, and microanalysis of surfaces, features and fractures)
Industrial performance measurement
Presents a clear understanding of relationships between materials selection, processing, applications and performance
Largest circulation base in its field
Additional features include reports from national labs, guest editorials, corporate & environmental news, calendar entries, new product and brochure offerings and literature abstracts
Journal of Materials Chemistry
【内容简介】
Journal of Materials Chemistry is an interdisciplinary journal dealing with the synthesis, structures, properties and applications of materials, particularly those associated with advanced technology. This international journal recognizes the interdisciplinary nature of materials research. Papers cover the modelling of materials, their synthesis and structural characterisation, physicochemical aspects of their fabrication, properties and applications.
Journal of Materials Chemistry contains original research papers (both full-length papers and short Communications), occasional review articles, details of forthcoming conferences and a cumulative author index, together with colour photographs and diagrams where appropriate. Times to publication are short, typically four months from acceptance for full papers and 12 weeks from receipt for Communications.
