ICPE-9000有机系统测定润滑油中金属元素含量
本文采用重量稀释法处理润滑油,无需消解,使用ICP-AES有机系统进行直接测定,研究了润滑油中磨损金属元素和添加剂金属含量的测定。实验结果表明,所测元素线性关系及重复性良好,定量准确,回收率在91.7~110.0%之间,方法检出限在0.014~0.57 mg/Kg之间。ICP-AES测定润滑油中各种金属含量,具有快速、高效、清洁、污染少等优点,完全能满足生产中监控机械使用状态的要求。
