传统的导热率测试研究方法主要分为稳态和瞬态技术两种，其中稳态测试技术包括了热板法和热流计法，主要采用绝缘衬底上的金属桥对样品进行电阻加热和温度监测。瞬态测试技术包括脉冲法，即用激光脉冲打在样品表面的金属桥，同时监测温度随时间的瞬态变化，另外还有3-omega热流变频法，即利用温度振荡随加热电流频率的瞬态变化。
