T-ZnOw/PS复合材料制备及性能测试

目前制备具有四针状结构特征的氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)改性聚合物基复合材料的方法主要有常规挤出-注塑加工制备热塑性树脂基复合材料[1]、模压成型制备热固性树脂基复合材料[2]以及原位聚合-模压成型制备热塑性树脂基复合材料[3]等。由于存在较强的剪切应力作用,造成T-ZnOw的断裂破坏,不利于其结构完整性的保持,因而复合材料性能改善不明显。
