Co/Cu 多层膜层间耦合作用的调节
关键字:co/cu,rkky,剩磁比,巨磁电阻 利用在Fe(5nm)/[Co/Cu]30 多层膜的隔离层(Cu)中掺入磁性元素Co,引入与相邻Co 层之间反铁磁的RKKY 作用相竞争的直接的铁磁耦合作用,降低了相邻Co 层间的交换耦合作用。在Cu 层中掺入不同原子数比例的磁性元素时,饱和磁场有所降低,从而提高了多层膜对外磁场变化的灵敏度。

均匀沉淀法制备Co(OH)2 及其超电容特性
关键字:α-co(oh)2,均匀沉淀法,超级电容器 以氯化钴为原料、氨水(28%(质量分数))为沉淀剂采用均匀沉淀法合成了纯α-Co(OH)2。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、循环伏安、恒电流放电测试对样品形貌及电化学性能进行了表征和测试。研究结果表明,表面活性剂Tween-80 加入不但对样品的形貌有很大的改善;而且电化学性能也得到提高,其单电极比电容达到370F/g。

化学镀Co-B 合金对Fe3O4 吸波性能的影响
关键字:co-b 合金,fe3o4,化学镀,吸波性能 采用化学共沉淀法制备纳米Fe3O4 颗粒,通过胶体钯活化敏化一步法处理后,以KBH4 为还原剂、C4H4O6Na2·2H2O 为络合剂进行Co-B 化学镀,对包覆前后的样品进行了XRD、SEM、TEM、电磁参数等表征以及吸波性能分析。结果表明:Fe3O4 表面包覆的纤维状Co-B 合金以无定形形式存在,Co-B 包覆Fe3O4 在2.0~18GHz 具有良好的吸波效果。
