表面修饰PET 结晶性能研究

采用表面修饰技术对拉伸后的PET 纤维进行修饰。研究了PET 纤维在三维受限条件下的结晶行为。通过DSC 结晶曲线,发现修饰后的PET 纤维没有明显的冷结晶峰出现,可能是由于将修饰壁材配制成溶液进行修饰时,溶剂诱导了部分结晶,从而导致修饰后PET纤维的结晶量变少。修饰后的PET 纤维均出现了熔融双峰现象,随着拉伸比的增加,双峰由低温峰增大向高温峰增大转折。

纳米Pb和Bi的热稳定性

利用综合热分析仪(DSC-TG)对纳米Pb(粒晶为90~150nm)和Bi(粒晶为90~130 nm)与体相Pb和Bi的熔点和熔化焓以及热稳定性等热力学性质进行了研究。实验结果表明:纳米Pb和Bi比块体的Pb和Bi有更高的吸附能力和化学活性。纳米Pb比块体的Pb熔点降低2.3℃,熔化焓降低59.0%,纳米Bi比块体的Bi熔点降低5.3℃,熔化焓降低47.95%。
