纳米Al(OH)3/PP复合材料性能与结构研究
采用双螺杆造粒,单螺杆挤出制样的方法制备了纳米Al(OH)3/PP复合材料。通过TEM及力学性能测试研究了复合材料的力学性能和Al(OH)3的分散状况。在纳米Al(OH)3/PP复合体系中,纳米Al(OH)3的加入,不但提高了复合材料的冲击强度,而且显著提高了复合材料的弯曲弹性模量。纳米Al(OH)3的增韧机理在于纳米Al(OH)3作为应力集中点诱发大量银纹,吸收大量的冲击能量。

纳米CaCO3/EPR/PP复合材料性能与结构研究
采用双辊混炼和挤出制样的方法制备了PP/EPR/纳米CaCO3复合材料。通过PCM、SEM、TEM及力学性能测试研究了复合材料的力学性能及EPR和CaCO3粒子的分散状况。结果表明,当纳米CaCO3粒子的含量为10%时,共混体系的冲击强度最高,为50.3KJ/m2。通过复合材料的冲击断面进行SEM观察,表明材料发生的是韧性断裂。
