不同成核作用硅灰石混杂填充PP复合材料性能研究
β-PP复合材料的力学性能优于a-PP复合材料,尤其冲击强度[1-2],其结晶性能和力学性能已有大量研究[3],但具有不同成核机理无机填料混杂填充PP复合材料的研究鲜见报道。本文采用具有β-成核作用的硅灰石(WIoo)和具有α-成核作用的硅灰石(W)混杂制备填充PP复合材料,研究了不同成核机理硅灰石之间的竞争作用和混杂填充PP复合材料的结晶和力学性能。
