本部分适用于建筑物内或室外埋地给水用硬聚氯乙烯管材。与GB/T 10002.2--2003《给水用硬聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）管件》配套使用。
本部分规定的管材适用于压力下输送饮用水和一般用途水，水温不超过45℃。
