GC Smart 结合HS-10 法测定医用纱布中环氧乙烷残留
关键字:HS-10 本文利用岛津公司 HS-10 顶空自动进样器,结合 GC Smart 气相色谱仪,建立了医用纱布中环氧乙烷残留的测定方法。在 0.2~10 μg 标准曲线浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数 R为 0.9991,峰面积重现性良好,0.4 μg 标准样品连续测定 6 次,RSD 为 2.64%。在 0.4 μg/g 加标水平下样品平均加标回收率为 89.4%。该方法可用于医用纱布中环氧乙烷残留的快速定性定量测定。

本文利用岛津公司最新推出的顶空自动进样器 HS-10,结合 GC Smart 气相色谱 ECD检测器,建立了生活饮用水中氯仿、四氯化碳的测定方法。在标准曲线浓度范围内各组分线性关系良好,相关系数 r 均为 0.9999;连续 8 针峰面积重复性良好,RSD 小于 5.00%。该方法可用于生活饮用水中氯仿、四氯化碳快速定性定量测定。
