功能材料热交联剂对UV 固化油墨干燥性能的影响
关键字:热交联剂,uv 固化油墨,临界值 在UV 固化油墨中添加一定数量的热交联剂会改变UV 油墨的干燥性能,研究了热交联剂对油墨干燥性能的影响。结果表明当热交联剂含量超过一定值时,即使增加紫外线照射时间,墨膜也不会彻底干燥;反之墨膜的干燥性能不会发生变化,与之对应的热交联剂的含量称为临界值。找出了热交联剂在PUA 系列UV固化油墨中的临界值。该临界值的发现是研制一种新型热成型UV 固化油墨的关键点。
