摘要:本发明提供了氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯(CPPC)及其制备方法。PPC是一种由二氧化碳和环氧丙烷共聚而成的生物降解高分子材料。本发明采用气固相氯化或溶液氯化方法,通过氯气对PPC进行氯化改性,在PPC分子链上引入氯原子。氯化改性后PPC的极性显著增强,对天然纤维(如木材、秸秆等)表面具有良好的浸润性和粘结性。CPPC可用作PPC/天然纤维复合材料的增容剂,显著改善两相界面结合,提高复合材料的力学性能。
Abstract: The present invention provides chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) (CPPC) and its preparation method. Through chlorination modification, CPPC exhibits significantly enhanced polarity and adhesion to natural fibers, and can be used as a compatibilizer for PPC/natural fiber composites.
