摘要:本发明提供了一种压敏胶组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:基体树脂40~75份;增粘剂15~50份;润滑剂1~5份;分散剂5~25份;所述基体树脂为氯磺化聚丙撑碳酸酯(CSPPC)。本发明由于氯磺化聚丙撑碳酸酯是可完全生物降解的,所选增粘剂、润滑剂以及分散剂也为环保无污染的材料,因此制备得到的压敏胶也具有生物可完全降解的特点。本发明利用可完全生物降解的氯磺化聚丙撑碳酸酯与增粘剂、润滑剂、分散剂共混,制备得到可完全生物降解的压敏胶。并且通过调控氯磺化聚丙撑碳酸酯与增粘剂、润滑剂、分散剂的比例和共混温度、共混时间,能够获得不同拉伸剪切强度和剥离强度的压敏胶产品,以适应不同应用场景的粘接需求。

Abstract: The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising 40-75 parts of chlorosulfonated poly(propylene carbonate) (CSPPC) as base resin, 15-50 parts of tackifier, 1-5 parts of lubricant, and 5-25 parts of dispersant. Since CSPPC is completely biodegradable and the selected additives are environmentally friendly, the obtained pressure-sensitive adhesive is completely biodegradable. By adjusting the ratio of components and processing conditions, pressure-sensitive adhesives with different tensile shear strength and peel strength can be obtained.
