摘要:本文综述了聚合物脆韧转变的渗流模型研究进展。基于逾渗理论,提出了聚合物共混物脆韧转变的临界条件,即当分散相粒子间的基体层厚度达到某一临界值时,共混物发生脆韧转变。该渗流模型成功预测了多种聚合物共混体系(如PP/EPDM、PP/POE等)的脆韧转变行为,模型预测与实验结果吻合良好。该研究为橡胶增韧塑料的理论研究提供了重要的理论框架,对高性能聚合物共混材料的设计具有重要的指导意义。
Abstract: The brittle-ductile transition of polymers and its percolation model are reviewed. Based on percolation theory, the critical condition for brittle-ductile transition of polymer blends was proposed. This percolation model successfully predicts the brittle-ductile transition behavior of various polymer blend systems, including PP/EPDM and PP/POE. The model predictions are in good agreement with experimental results.
