摘要:通过外势动力学模拟方法系统研究了T形接枝共聚物增容两种不相容均聚物共混体系的相容性。考察了接枝链长、接枝密度和接枝链化学组成对增容效果的影响,分析了接枝共聚物在界面的分布形态和增容机理。模拟结果表明,T形接枝共聚物能够有效降低界面张力、改善两相间的界面粘结,其增容效率受接枝链长和密度的共同调控。该研究为高效增容剂分子设计提供了理论指导。
Abstract: External potential dynamics simulation was employed to study the compatibility of T-shaped graft copolymer compatibilizing two immiscible homopolymers. The effects of graft chain length, graft density and chemical composition on compatibilization efficiency were investigated.
