摘要:本发明提供了一种超疏水苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体材料的制备方法,利用可塑性SEBS作为基底,借助于良溶剂/不良溶剂诱导SEBS相分离并引入低表面能棕榈蜡和退火处理制备超疏水SEBS表面,充分利用低表面能和粗糙结构制备的超疏水表面达到疏水效果,进而抗溶于水溶液中的丁苯酞药物的吸附,以用于抗丁苯酞药物吸附。通过良溶剂/不良溶剂诱导相分离方法无需昂贵设备,工艺简单、生产方便;构建超疏水SEBS表面,不仅利用表面粗糙结构,也充分利用棕榈蜡的低表面能性能,抗丁苯酞效果更加优异。本发明还提供了一种超疏水苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体材料、输注类医疗器材及应用。
Abstract:The present invention provides a preparation method of superhydrophobic styrenic thermoplastic elastomer materials. Plastic SEBS is used as the substrate; good solvent/poor solvent induced phase separation of SEBS is adopted, combined with the introduction of low-surface-energy palm wax and annealing treatment to fabricate superhydrophobic SEBS surfaces. The superhydrophobic surface constructed by virtue of low surface energy and rough structure achieves outstanding hydrophobicity, thereby resisting the adsorption of butylphthalide dissolved in aqueous solutions for anti-butylphthalide adsorption applications.The good solvent/poor solvent induced phase separation method requires no expensive equipment and features simple processes and convenient production. The constructed superhydrophobic SEBS surface takes full advantage of both the surface rough structure and the low-surface-energy property of palm wax, delivering superior anti-butylphthalide performance. The invention also provides the superhydrophobic styrenic thermoplastic elastomer material, infusion medical devices and corresponding applications.
