To enrich the team’s extracurricular activities, relieve the pressure of scientific research, enhance communication and collaboration among team members, and foster a united, friendly, and positive team atmosphere, all members of the FPAM Group traveled to Zhongnan Baicao Garden in Anji on August 1–2 for a one-day outdoor team-building activity. The event featured a fulfilling itinerary and a vibrant atmosphere, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in nature, relax both physically and mentally, and strengthen team cohesion through laughter and shared experiences. The activity concluded successfully with highly positive outcomes.

Leaving behind the busy routines of the laboratory, everyone stepped away from books and research work and immersed themselves in a lush and refreshing natural environment. Surrounded by dense forests, vibrant vegetation, and picturesque landscapes where mountains and lakes complemented each other, the beautiful scenery instantly relieved the fatigue accumulated from daily research activities.

During the garden tour, all team members were energetic and enthusiastic, demonstrating the positive spirit of a young research team. Everyone walked together along the forest trails, enjoyed the natural scenery, shared interesting stories, and relaxed together. During breaks, members exchanged research experiences and shared moments from their daily lives. Gentle and adorable animals could be seen throughout the park, attracting everyone to stop, observe, and interact with them. Meanwhile, team members actively participated in various recreational facilities and activities, fully enjoying the fun and excitement, with laughter echoing throughout the garden.

Throughout the trip, everyone supported and accompanied one another, shared snacks, and took photos together to capture memorable moments. Whether exploring walking paths or wandering through the forest, no one was left behind, reflecting strong teamwork and a harmonious atmosphere. The continuous laughter and warm moments created lasting memories and fully showcased the friendly, supportive, and close-knit culture of the FPAM Group.

The Anji team-building activity concluded successfully with excellent overall results and enthusiastic feedback from all members. Through this event, the FPAM Group strengthened its unity, refreshed both body and mind, and further enhanced the spirit of collaboration and mutual support. Looking ahead, all members will devote themselves to future research and academic pursuits with greater enthusiasm, stronger motivation, and a more united spirit. Together, they will continue moving forward with determination and strive toward an even better future for the team.
