Hongyong Zhao
Hongyong Zhao, male, PhD, associate professor and master supervisor of Tiangong University. Postdoctoral fellow at King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia. Mainly focus on the preparation and application of polymeric membranes for gas separation. Chaired 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, 2 provincial and ministerial level projects, published published 30 scientific research papers and applied for ~15 patents, with 8 granted patents.

Born in Feburary 18th, 1977 Shangdong, China. From September 2000 to July 2004, I was Bachelor major he school of Environmental Engineering (School of chemical engineering before 2002) of Dalian University of technology. From September 2004 to July 2009, I was Master and Doctor major in Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and supervised by Professor Yiming Cao, received Ph.D. degree. From August 2009 to August 2012, I was post-doc in a postdoctoral fellow of King Abdullah University of science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia. From 2012 until now, I do research and teaching in Department of Chemical Engineering and Technology, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering (former 2018, the name is School of Environmental and Chemical Engineering), Tiangong University. I teach Chemical Separation Engineering, Chemical Instrumentation and Control, Novel Chemical Separation Technology courses.
