UP/GF/TLCP复合材料的力学性能与流变性能研究
关键字:热致性液晶聚合物 不饱和聚酯树脂 复合材料 力学性能 流变性能 不饱和聚酯树脂(UP)价格低廉、具有良好的工艺性和力学性能,因而在电工材料领域获得广大应用。虽然不饱和聚酯树脂的交联固化是以双键加成聚合来实现,且能使材料在刚性和耐热性方面具有优势,但在韧性和耐开裂性方面有时显现不足,特别是在大温差(-40~150℃)、冷热冲击和交变机械力的作用下,材料会出现裂纹,影响正常使用。到目前为止,采用含双键基团的热致性液晶(TLCP)对不饱和聚酯树脂增强增韧改性的研究,目前尚未见报道[1,2]。
