Co-Sense for Impurity系统对原料药中杂质的LC/MS/MS分析
原料药(API)中杂质的检测通常使用HPLC-UV的方法。但是杂质的定性和定量分析不仅仅需要将杂质与主成分分离,而且需要杂质之间互相分离。另外,杂质的来源,无论是样品本身或者相关的外部因素,都需要确定。本文,我们研究了使用具有二维LC/MS/MS特点的Co-Sense for Impurity系统分析一种原料药中的杂质。

在医药品等的杂质管理当中经常应用HPLC-UV法。但是,HPLC-UV 法在高效分离条件下不能适应MS 检测,难以进行杂质的定性分析。此时,如果使用岛津的“Co-Sense for Impurities”系统,则可以将来自色谱柱的洗脱液置换为挥发性流动相后进行LC/MS 分析。本文介绍将LC/MS/MS 分析应用于基于日本药典的HPLC-UV 法雷贝拉唑钠检测的实例。
