3. Hands-on experiences in: EIS, CV(Solartron, Gamry and CHI workstation), XPS, FTIR, GC-MASS, DSC/TGA, FESEM, XRD,  BET, BJH analysis,  Galvanostatic Charge-discharge tester (Arbin,  Maccor and Bio-logic testing system), UV-Vis Spectroscopy, Gloves box.

4. Proficient in using the electrospinning machine to prepare the non-woven fiber polymer and inorganic electrode materials in nano-scale for Lithium-ion battery.

5. Specialize in nano-scale or micron-scale inorganic material synthesis (wet chemistry, hydrothermal methods, hard/soft template and solid state reaction)

6. Have a rich experience in versatile electrode materials such as NiO, CNT, TiO2, Li4Ti5O12, LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 and Fe3O4
