Gao Weihong, male, born in October 1988. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Manchester, UK. He is a professor and master''s supervisor at Shanghai University of Engineering Science, a member of the China Textile Engineering Society (CTES), and a young scholar of Shanghai universities. He has been the principal investigator of a National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund project. He has participated in more than 10 domestic and international textile academic conferences such as the World Textile Congress (TIWC), the Asian Textile Conference (ATC), and the China Textile Academic Annual Conference. He has published over 20 papers in SCI, EI, and Chinese core journals, authored an English book chapter, and applied for 4 invention patents. He serves as a young editor of the "Journal of Textile Research" and a reviewer for important textile journals such as "Journal of Industrial Textiles" and "Textile Science". Currently, his research focuses on the preparation and application of photonic crystal structure color-producing materials.
