Xiang Di, male, born in 1992, Han ethnicity, from Baoding, Hebei. He received his Master's and Doctoral degrees from the College of Chemistry at Nankai University, majoring in Polymer Chemistry and Physics, and is currently an associate professor and master's supervisor at the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, North China Electric Power University. His current research mainly focuses on the preparation of bioinspired smart polymeric materials and related research in the field of environmental health. He has presided over projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Young Scientists Fund), the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province, and the Young Talent Program of the Education Department of Hebei Province.

He has published over 20 SCI papers in internationally authoritative journals including Small (2 papers), Materials Horizons (1), Chemical Engineering Journal (2), and Journal of Materials Chemistry A (4), filed 23 national patents of which 6 have been authorized, been selected as an expert of the "Science and Technology Innovation China" Baoding Youth Think Tank, received the "Yanzhao Talent" A Card, and won the First Prize for Young Scientific and Technological Papers. He has supervised undergraduate students in research innovation projects at national and provincial levels, as well as in competitions such as the "Challenge Cup" College Students' Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Works Competition, the National College Students' Chemical Experiment Innovation Design Competition, the Renewable Energy Competition, and the National College Students' Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Competition, winning a total of over 20 awards.
