Prof. Dr. Ziyi Ge got the Ph.D of polymer chemistry and physics in Insititute
of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 2005 to 2009, Prof. Ge focused on the research of organic electronics in
Tokyo Institute of Technology, Kanagawa University, Japan and the University of
New South Wales, Australia. In 2009, he was employed as Professor in East China
University of Science and Technology. From 2010, he joined Ningbo Institute of
Material Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences as the leader
of Organic Electronic Material and Device Group. He mainly focuses on the
research of Organic Solar Cells (OPV), OLED and Conducting Polymer Functional Materials. In recent five years, he is in charge of over 10 national and ministry projects, including 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, CAS
international cooperation project, and Fok Ying-Tong Education Foundation etc. He has published 60 SCI papers in some Top journals such as Nature Photonics, which were cited over 1000 times. He now holds 20 patents. He is selected as 2011 Zhejiang “Thousand
Talent”, 2011 Zhejiang “Distinguished Specialist”, 2010 Zhejiang “Qianjiang Talent”, and 2009 Shanghai “Pujiang
Talent” etc.
