Paper Invitation: [Foods] (IF=4.092, Q1) Special Issue "Concomitant Formation Mechanism and Synchronous Mitigation of Food Contaminants during Thermal Processing"

Dear Colleague,

As the Guest Editor of the Special Issue "Concomitant Formation Mechanism and Synchronous

Mitigation of Food Contaminants during Thermal Processing" in Foods (ISSN 2304-8158, https://www.mdpi.com/journal/foods), I would like to invite you to contribute an article or review paper focuses on the relation of concomitant formation and to develop effective methods for the synchronous mitigation of thermal process contaminants during thermal processing.
