Wang Lei, Professor, leader of the Hanzhong City Science and Technology Innovation Team. I obtained a Bachelor''s degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering and a PhD in Chemistry from Northwestern Polytechnical University from 2012 to 2022. Selected as a young science and technology rising star in Shaanxi Province, outstanding young talent in Shaanxi universities, top 2% of global scientists in the "Annual Influence" list (2023-2025), young science and technology innovation talent in Hanzhong City, the first Han River scholar appointed professor full-time project young top talent and the first batch of young Han River scholars at Shaanxi University of Technology, as well as a typical outstanding teacher in the education system of Shaanxi Province in 2025, and a member of the China Composite Materials Society and the Chinese Chemical Society. Mainly engaged in the design and preparation of electromagnetic shielding polymer composite materials. Hosted 14 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Project, Youth Science Fund Project), Shaanxi Provincial Key R&D Program, Shaanxi Provincial Innovation Capability Support Program, and Shaanxi Provincial Association for Science and Technology Youth Talent Support Program. Received the Youth Innovation Award from the American Society of Engineering and Chemical Sciences, the Special Award for Outstanding Achievements in Science and Technology Research at Shaanxi Higher Education Institutions, and the 7th Hanzhong Youth Science and Technology Award. Published 29 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author in journals such as Adv Funct Mater and Nano Micro Lett; Two papers were selected for the "Top 100 Most Influential International Academic Papers in China" in 2019 and the "Top 5000 Chinese Fine Science and Technology Journals Top Academic Papers" in 2020. Serving as the Executive Editor of Eng Sci, a TOP journal in the First Division of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Youth Editorial Board Member for Nano Micro Lett and Research. The research results have been cited more than 8300 times so far (H-index=45). Participated in 18 domestic and international conferences (2 branch chairs and 10 conference reports). 10 national invention patents have been applied for and authorized.
