Yong-He Han, Ph.D. He graduated from Fujian Normal University in 2010, his B. Sc. major was Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Dr. Han pursued his Ph. D. degree at Nanjing University from 2013 to 2017, he majored in Environmental Science and Engineering there. During the past few years, Dr. Han held and/or particiated in several fundings, which were financed by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 21637002), National Key Research and Development Program of China (Grant No. 2016YFD0800801), Natural Science Foundation of Fujian Province (No. 2013J01124), Education Fund of Fujian Province (JAT170144), Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province (BK20160649), Program for Postgraduates Research and Innovation in Jiangsu Province (No. KYLX_0052) and Program B for Outstanding Ph.D. Candidates of Nanjing University (No. 201601B010). Dr. Han has published more than 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Chemosphere, Environment International, Environmental Pollution, Environmental Science & Technology, Environmental Technology, Fresenius Environmental Bulletin, Frontiers in Plant Science, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Pedosphere, RSC Advances, etc. He has also been invited as a reviewer for journals Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy, Chinese Physics B, Environmental Technology, Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry, Journal of the Energy Institute and RSC Advances. Dr. Han is interested in the research scopes such as Microbial Arsenic/Chromium Transformation and Remediation, Microbial Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal from Aqueous Solution, Arsenic Hyperaccumulation in Arsenic-hyperaccumulator Pteris vittata, Eutrophication Remediation by Plant-based Approaches and Microbial Metabolites and their Engineering Applications. Dr. Han is now working on 1) biotransformation and soil remediation of heavy meal(loid)s such as arsenic, selenium and chromium, 2) bioremediation of industrial wastewater and eutrophic waters, 3) development and application of macromolecular biocellulose (membrane) and 4) industrial applications of microbial fermentation products.Yong-He Han, Ph.D., Hihg-level Introduced Talent of Fujian Province in 2017. D. degree at Nanjing University from 2013 to 2017, he majored in Environmental Science and Engineering there with the supervision of Dr. Lena. Q. Ma.
