曾宪顺 博士,研究员,博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才。主要从事分子生物信息材料与物理相关的荧光分子传感器、荧光分子探针的研究。在Chem. Eur. J.; Chem. Commun.; Org. Ltt.; J. Org. Chem.;Organometallics; Inorg. Chem.; J. Mater. Chem.; Adv. Funct. Mater.; Org. Biomol. Chem.; Tetrahedron Lett.等国内外期刊发表SCI收录论文100余篇,其中SCI影响因子大于3.0的论文60多篇,被SCI源论文正面引用近2000次,申报发明专利12项,2006年获天津市自然科学二等奖1项;2009年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划人选”;2012年度入选天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第一层次人选。
2001年获得南开大学理学博士学位;2001年7月-2005年6月在南开大学任讲师、副教授;2003年7月-2004年8月在Université du Havre/巴黎大学(V)法国国家研究中心(CNRS)做博士后;2004年9月-2006年8月在英国杜伦大学做EPSRC博士后;2006年9月-2007年6月在巴黎大学(V)法国国家研究中心(CNRS)做博士后;2007年7月至今天津理工大学任特聘教授;2008年7月-2008年9月在巴黎大学(V)法国国家研究中心(CNRS)做访问教授;2010年受聘哈尔滨工业大学材料科学与工程学院外聘博士生导师。
课题组研究领域:
课题组的研究工作主要围绕于材料科学、生物医学、信息材料科学,以材料分子与结合目标之间作用产生的光/电信息为主要研究对象。开展包括荧光分子传感器、电化学分子传感器、生物荧光探针等领域的研究工作。通过对有机、高分子、纳米等荧光或电活性探针材料的优化设计,采用荧光成像技术、荧光光谱分析、电化学分析等信号分析手段来研究探针材料与实际医药分析检测、活细胞或活体动物之间作用时产生的光电信号,并通过对信号的分析处理实现对活体离子检测评价、癌症等重大疾病的早期检测。
主要研究方向包括:
1. 化学和生物荧光小分子传感探针。
2. 靶向和智能荧光小分子生物探针。
1)靶向荧光小分子生物探针
通过对探针材料的靶向设计,开发发光性能稳定、生物相融强、靶向选择性高的生物荧光探针材料,并探索在肿瘤早期检测等领域的应用。
2)智能荧光小分子生物探针
通过荧光共振能量转移原理(FRET)或生物分子靶原理设计针对目标检测物的各种智能荧光小分子生物探针。
3. 光/电聚合物生物传感探针。
研究生人才培养:
课题组从成立以来已培养硕士研究生18人,博士研究生3人,分别就业于中科院,高校,大中型生物医药企业和光电子企业;目前有在读博士研究生7人,在读研究生7人。
1.课题组每年招收化学和生物专业的硕士研究生2-3人;
2. 课题组每年招收化学专业或生物专业的博士研究生1-2人。
