Yong Zhao is currently a professor at Beihang University. He received his Ph.D from Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007 (with Prof. Lei Jiang). His current scientific interests are focused on the fabrication of multilevelstructured micro/nanomaterials, photocatalysis, and smart multifunctional materials.
He has published more than 70 SCI papers, including Nature, JACS,  Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.,  Adv. Mater.,  NPG Asia Mater., Adv.Healthcare Mater., Small, Nanoscale, Soft Matter, Langmuir,  J. Mater. Chem. A, Adv.Mater. Interface, Macromol.Rap.Commu. etc. international top journals. Relative works have been highlighted by Chemical & Engineering News, ACS News, Wiley Newsworthy, Daily News etc.
