Firstly,theoriginandpropertiesofchitosanarebrieflyintroducedinthepaper,thentwotypesofchitosanfiberspunlacingnonwovens(onekindof100%chitosanfibers,theotherof50%chitosanfibers)weretrialproduced.Diromgtheprocess,somefactorsinfluencingtheproductionwerediscussed.Afterthat,theantibacterialpropertytestsweremadeinthelabwhichshowthatthechitosanfiberspunlacingnonwovenshavegoodbacteriarepellency.Surely,thechitosanfiberspunlacingnonwovensdevelopedinthepaperhavegoodusesinmedicalareas,suchasartificialskinandmedicaldressings.
