TocombinegoodpermeabilityofPCLandgooddegradabilityofPLLA,andcopolymerizationandblendingofPCLandPLAhavebeenwidelyapplied.Itisdifficulttosynthesizethefullybiodegradablegraftaliphaticpolyestersbecauseitishardtochemicallyattachactivemoleculesontothesepolyesters.Sofarmostmethodsarerandom/blockcopolymerizationorblending,noPCL/PLLAgraftcopolymerswerereportedasweknow.
