摘要:本发明公开了一种磷化聚丙撑碳酸酯共聚物的制备方法,本发明提供的磷酸化后的聚丙撑碳酸酯热稳定性有很大的提升;磷酸化反应可以应用于聚丙撑碳酸酯的衍生产物;磷酸化反应产物具有一定的阻燃能力,本发明利用磷酸根将PPC进行了修饰,将磷酸根基团修饰到了PPC主链上,经过TGA和红外测试对PPC进行测试发现磷酸根基团对PPC进行了封端,同时对CPPC进行同样反应发现CPPC在发生封端反应的同时链上的氯原子也与磷酸根进行了反应,进而改善了PPC的性质,增强了PPC的热稳定性。
Abstract:The invention discloses a preparation method of a phosphated poly(propylene carbonate) copolymer. The poly(propylene carbonate) modified by phosphorylation exhibits significantly improved thermal stability. The phosphorylation reaction can be applied to the derivatives of poly(propylene carbonate), and the phosphorylation product possesses certain flame-retardant properties. In this invention, poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) is modified by phosphate groups, which are grafted onto the main chain of PPC. Tests on PPC via thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and infrared spectroscopy reveal that the phosphate groups play a role in terminating the PPC chains. Meanwhile, the same reaction conducted on chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) (CPPC) shows that during the chain termination reaction, the chlorine atoms on the CPPC chains also react with phosphate groups. This further improves the properties of PPC and enhances its thermal stability.
