| 摘要:本发明提供了一种氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯(CPPC)/生物质复合材料,包括以下重量百分比组分:3wt%~57wt%的CPPC;40wt%~94wt%的生物材料;2wt%~20wt%的松香或松香衍生物;0wt%~1wt%的抗氧剂;0wt%~5wt%的填充料;各组份用量之和为100%。CPPC作为粘结剂赋予复合材料热塑性和流动性,还对复合材料的抗湿性起着重要作用。松香或松香衍生物作为增粘剂和润滑剂,可以提高各组分相容性以及复合材料的抗湿性和力学性能。在上述组分的协同作用下,复合材料力学性能和抗湿性能均较优。由于生物质材料比重大,原料成本较低;且原料中不含甲醛、苯等有毒有害物质,环保性较优。该复合材料可广泛应用于包装材料、建筑板材、家居装饰等领域。本发明为欧洲授权专利(EP 3 660 102 B1)。 Abstract: The present invention provides a chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate)/biomass composite material comprising 3-57 wt% CPPC, 40-94 wt% biomass material, 2-20 wt% rosin or rosin derivative, 0-1 wt% antioxidant and 0-5 wt% filler. CPPC serves as a binder, endowing thermoplasticity and fluidity. Under the synergistic effect of the components, the composite exhibits excellent mechanical properties and moisture resistance with low cost and environmental friendliness. |
