摘要:本发明公开了一种磷化聚丙撑碳酸酯共聚物的制备方法,本发明提供的磷酸化后的聚丙撑碳酸酯热稳定性有很大的提升;磷酸化反应可以应用于聚丙撑碳酸酯的衍生产物;磷酸化反应产物具有一定的阻燃能力,本发明利用磷酸根将PPC进行了修饰,将磷酸根基团修饰到了PPC主链上,经过TGA和红外测试对PPC进行测试发现磷酸根基团对PPC进行了封端,同时对CPPC进行同样反应发现CPPC在发生封端反应的同时链上的氯原子也与磷酸根进行了反应,进而改善了PPC的性质,增强了PPC的热稳定性。

Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of phosphorylated poly(propylene carbonate) copolymer. The phosphorylated poly(propylene carbonate) provided by the invention achieves significantly improved thermal stability. The phosphorylation reaction is applicable to derivatives of poly(propylene carbonate). Products obtained from the phosphorylation reaction possess certain flame retardancy.In this invention, poly(propylene carbonate) (PPC) is modified with phosphate radicals, which are grafted onto the main chain of PPC. Characterizations via thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) verify that phosphate radicals perform end-capping on PPC. When chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) (CPPC) undergoes the same phosphorylation reaction, its chlorine atoms on the molecular chains also react with phosphate radicals alongside the end-capping process. This modification optimizes the intrinsic properties of PPC and greatly enhances its thermal stability.
