摘要:本发明提供了一种氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯及其制备方法,该氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯如式(I)所示。与现有聚丙撑碳酸酯相比,氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯由于氯原子的存在,使其具有较强的电负性,可增强氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯与其他极性材料的相互作用,从而可作为相容剂、粘合剂、涂料、油墨等得到广泛的应用;引入氯原子后可使氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯之间产生氢键相互作用,进而使其的加工性能和力学性能均得到改善,且氯原子可改善氯化聚丙撑碳酸酯材料的阻燃性能。
Abstract:The present invention provides a chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) and a preparation method thereof. The structure of the chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) is shown in Formula (I). Compared with conventional poly(propylene carbonate), the presence of chlorine atoms endows the chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) with high electronegativity, which strengthens its interaction with other polar substances. Therefore, it can be widely applied as a compatibilizer, adhesive, coating, printing ink and so on. After chlorine atoms are introduced, hydrogen bonding interactions form between molecular chains of the chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate), which simultaneously improve its processability and mechanical properties. In addition, chlorine atoms can enhance the flame retardancy of the chlorinated poly(propylene carbonate) material.
