过程控制剂对机械合金化制备Fe-Co合金的影响研究

采用机械合金化工艺(MA)制备Fe-Co合金微粉材料;探讨了过程控制剂(PCA)的使用对MA过程以及Fe-Co合金粉末颗粒的尺寸分布、形貌、成分和团聚程度等特性的影响,发现PCA对改善粉末材料的综合性能有良好效果。结果还表明,过程控制剂的使用可以提高所制备的Fe-Co合金微粉材料的微波磁导率和磁损耗,有利于微粉吸波材料性能的提高。

光学高分子由于在注射成型或挤出成型的加工过程中高分子链取向,会使高分子产生双折射现象。双折射的产生对光学材料的应用于高性能光学器件具有极大的影响,零双折射可以减小甚至消除延迟( Retardation),在一定程度上其可以缓解色偏效应,提高光源利用率。PMMA具有透光性好,容易成型,抗紫外线等优点,但是其也有玻璃化温度低(一般80-100℃),易碎,具有负的双折射率等缺点[1-3]。
