UV 皮革涂饰剂与皮革表观性能

UV固化喷墨红色油墨光引发体系的选择
关键字:UV固化 喷墨 光引发剂 :针对红色颜料UV固化喷墨油墨所用光引发体系进行了详细研究。实验对不同单引发体系、复合引发体系以及引发剂的用量所引起固化时间与表观性能的变化进行了讨论,研究结果表明:引发剂及含量的变化对固化时间的影响有较大差异。复合引发体系的固化时间、涂膜表面光泽度、铅笔硬度优于单引发体系,尤以Irgacure651/Irgacure819复合体系最明显。
