Theeffectofpressure-inducedflow(PIF)processparameters,suchastemperature,pressure,dwelltimeandclampingtime,ontheimpactstrengthofABSresinwasstudiedinthepaper.TheresultsshowedimpactstrengthofABSafterPIFprocessincreasedbyapproximately2times.Dynamicmechanicalanalyzer(DMA)wasusedtocharacterizetheglasstransitiontemperature(Tg)andstoragemodulus.And,storagemodulusofABSafterPIFprocessincreasedtoagreatextent,buttherewaslittlechangeinTg.SEMobservationsshowedlayerstructureformedintheABSthroughPIFprocess,whichcontributedalottotheimprovementofimpactstrengthforABS.
