ThePTC(positivetemmperaturecoefficient)conductingbehaviorsofthepolymercompositesusingHDPEasamatrixandindustrialcarbonblank(CB)asconductiveparticleswerestudied.TheeffectofthetypeandcontentsofcouplingagentsontheperformancesofthepolymerbasedPTCconductivecomposedwasinvestigated.TheresultsshowthattheconductivityofthecompositesfilledwithcarbonblacktreatedwithcouplingagentshasbeenremarkablyincreasedThetitanatecouplingagentpossessestheoptimumeffect,notonlyimprovingthedispersionbehaviorofcarbonblackparticles,butalsoheighteningthePTCeffect.Theoptimumcontentoftheagentis3%.
