Amethodfortestingairspringswasadvancedinthebeginning.Moreover,testdevicewasintroducedaswell.ThenAPDLwasutilizedtosimulatestaticanddynamictestprocess.Inthesimulation,multipleloadstepssolutionwascarriedoutthroughAPDL*DO-LOOPandarrayparametermethod.Capsulevolumecalculatingmacrobasedonscattersummethodenabledtheloop.ScalarparameterPRESSUREwasestablishedasinnerpressuretrackingparametertoupdateinnerpressure.TableparameterPRESSURESwasestablishedasinnerpressureoutputparametertoexportinnerpressureofeachloadstep.Comparisonwasdonebetweenstaticsimulationresultsandcorrespondingtestdatatoprovefeasibilityofmultiplestepsanalysis.Inconsequence,somemajorparameterssuchascordangle,initialinnerpressureandauxiliarychambervolumeweretakenintoaccount,whichhaveremarkableeffectonstaticmechanicalperformanceofEQ6111airspring.Finally,thesamemethodwasappliedtosimulationofdynamictestprocess,achievingabundantanalysisresultsaccordingtodifferentloadfrequenciesvaryingfrom0.5Hzto2.5Hz.LoadfrequencythrowremarkableeffectsondynamicmechanicalperformanceofEQ6111airspring,becauseinertialeffectanddampingeffectplayimportantrolesthereinto.ThestudyistomakecontributiontothedevelopmentofPlatformofAirSpringSimulationandParameterizedDesign(PASSPD).
