2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole(DMcT)isrecognizedasthecathodematerialwiththemostpotentialduetoitshightheoreticalspecificcapacityandhighstabilitytotemperature.AparticularlyinterestingaspectofthebehaviorofDMcTistheapparentfacilitationofitsoxidativepolymerizationandreductivedepolymerizationbypolyaniline(PANI).
