Wehaveusedbroadbandfstransientandcwphotomodulationspectroscopiesforstudyingthephotoexcitationsinavarietyofsemiconductor-conjugatedpolymerfilms.Thequantuminterferenceanti-resonancebetweentwotypesofphotoexcitations,namelythephotoinducedinfrared-activevibrationsanddelocalizedpolaronband,wereidentifiedinthinfilmsoftheblendprototypeofregio-regularpolythiophenederivativeandfullerene,namelyRR-P3HT/C60inthepicosecondtimedomain,butnotinpristineRR-P3HTfilms.
