Thepre-drawnacrylicfiberswerepreparedbywetspinningtechnologywithaqueousNaSCNassolventfortheinvestigationonthechangesofthetensilepropertiesundertemperaturecontrol.Theinfluencesofdrawtemperature,drawloadanddrawratioonthestructureandtensilepropertiesofpre-drawnacrylicfiberwerediscussedindetail.Itisshownthattheductilityincreasedrapidlywhenthetemperaturewashigherthan100℃.Withincreasingdrawload,therupturetenacityofpre-drawnfibersdecreased,whereasbreakingelongationincreased.TheorientalstructureofdrawnfiberswasanalyzedbySynchrotronRadiationSmallAngleX-rayScattering(SAXS).Itillustratedthatthedegreeoforientationincreasedwithincreasingdrawtemperature.
