简介：

Asthemoldingplasticsofmotorcommutatorandinsulator,itshouldhaveexcellentpropertiesofheatresistance,insulation,dimensionalstability,flameretardancyandhighmechanicalstrengthunderhightemperature.Inthispaper,theeffectsofglassfibercontentonthepropertiesofphenolicmoldingplasticswereinvestigated.Theresultsindicatedthatwiththeincreasingcontentofglassfiber,themechanicalproperties,heatdistortiontemperatureanddimensionalstabilityofthephenolicmoldingplasticswereimprovedrespectively,whiletheglassfibercontenthadlittleeffectsontheelectricalproperties,combustionperformanceandwaterabsorption.Whenthecontentofglassfiberwas50%,theperformanceofthephenolicmoldingplasticscouldsatisfytheindustryapplicationrequirements.
